Cottonwood Heights, UT

Your Cottonwood Heights remodel, start to finish

Cottonwood Heights is about 20 minutes from our design center at 3345 S 300 W, mostly by I-215. Bring your measurements and ideas and we will pull door samples, slabs and tile so you can see the whole combination together before a designer draws it in 3D.

We are a family-owned design center and a licensed B100 general contractor. Our owners, Phil Tate and Brandon Wilkins, each have more than 25 years in the kitchen and bath trade, and our team takes your project from design to finished installation.

Kitchens and baths on the east bench

Cottonwood Heights only incorporated in 2005, but most of its homes are older: ramblers, split-levels and two-stories built from the 1960s through the '80s, with newer custom homes higher on the bench toward Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Many sit on larger lots with mountain views that the original kitchen layout ignores.

Homeowners here often want a higher level of finish: inset or frameless cabinets, quartzite or marble countertops, large-format porcelain tile and a lighting plan designed for the room. We also do a lot of mudroom and entry work, since ski gear, boots and wet floors are part of life this close to the canyons.

FAQs

Remodeling in Cottonwood Heights: common questions

Do you install quartzite and marble countertops?

Yes. We supply and install granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, solid surface and laminate. Quartzite and marble are popular in Cottonwood Heights, and we will walk you through how each one wears so you choose with eyes open.

Can you build cabinets for a mudroom or entry?

Yes. The same frameless, face frame and inset cabinet lines we use in kitchens work for mudroom lockers, benches and storage walls, and we pair them with waterproof flooring.

How long do cabinets and countertops take?

Cabinet lead times currently run 6–12 weeks. Countertops are typically ready about 2 weeks after templating. Much of our tile is in stock, and special-order tile usually ships in within 1–2 weeks.
